Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

All tags and labels must remain attached.

It must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, inserts, or promotional materials received.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these criteria.

Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please email our customer support team at support@cryptoapesclub.com. Include the following information:

The item(s) you wish to return

Any photos, if the item is damaged or defective
Once approved, we will provide instructions and the return shipping address.
Refund Process
After your returned item is received and inspected:

We will send you an email confirmation acknowledging receipt.

We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 15–25 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us with photo evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement of the same item and size, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, email us at support@cryptoapesclub.com, and we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Final Sale Items
Please note that items marked as final sale, discounted, or part of a clearance promotion are non-refundable and non-returnable. We encourage you to double-check sizing and details before completing your purchase.
